I would not recommend this business to anyone. My parents, when living dealt with them and I personally have done so. I simply called and requested a service call and was treated rudely and very cold by an individual named Sandy. She was unable or unwilling to accomodate a simple service request. I guess it is fine to make purchases there, but beware if you need any service. Perhaps they would be available if I wanted to make a new purchase. This will happen on the fifth of NEVER! Stay far away from this business......you will be glad you did.
